The Mama to Be Pregnancy Relaxation Class - Leeds & Bradford
These classes are designed for Mamas to Be and the perfect way to relax after a busy week.
Using a variety of different hypnobirthing techniques such as breathing, hypnosis, and safe spaces – these one-hour antenatal classes are a great place to learn about some of the hypnobirthing toolkit techniques or practice the skills that you have learned in a previous class.
There will also be the opportunity for birth chat towards the end of the class!
