All payments are to be made upon reservation, The Yorkshire Hypnobirthing School reserves the right to cancel your space on the course should payment not be received within 48 hours of us confirming your space on the course.
Where travelling expenses are included, these will worked at the time of enquiry and payment needs to be included along with the course payment.
The Yorkshire Hypnobirthing School will provide you with an invoice at the time of booking.
Should your baby arrive before the course is due to take place or in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, the course fee will be repaid back into the original bank account from which payment was made. Under no other circumstances will we be able to provide a refund.
Should you need to cancel or change the course dates in-between 15 and 0 calendar days prior to the first course date 100% of the course fee will apply.
Should you need to cancel or change the course dates in-between 30 and 16 calendar days prior to the first course date 50% of the course fee will apply.
Should you need to make any cancellations or changes to the course dates at least 31 calendar days prior to your first course date an administration fee of £10 will be charged.
The participants agree that Laura Thompson and The Yorkshire Hypnobirthing School will hold your details securely on file and computer and, in accordance with the GDPR Act 2018, you have the right to view, amend or delete your individual file by giving at least seven days’ written notice. We treat and respect your personal data and treat it with the utmost care and only keep relevant information in order for us to be able to process your booking. Under no circumstances do we sell or give your information to a 3rd party.
Using hypnobirthing techniques is not a substitute for the advice or the presence during birth or any part of pregnancy of a qualified medical practitioner. Hypnobirthing does not represent an alternative to appropriate medical care or medical advice by a professional in any way.
