I’m thrilled to finally show you my affirmation cards, positive statements are one of my absolute favourites as you get a positive statement every time you read them – simple and they don’t take much time to do!
How do I recommend you use them?
- Pop on light switches around the house
- Pick a different one each day for your bathroom mirror
- Stick on the dashboard in your car
- Use as a bookmark
- Ask your birth partner to read them out or even better – You read them out!
- Pop in your birth bag and use them as part of your labour toolkit

What classes do I offer?
- Private Classes – Mini and Full – These can be done within the comfort of your own home at a time that works for you!
- Group Classes – Currently taking part in Menston, these classes are perfect for meeting new people and are only 15 minutes away by train from Leeds City Centre!
- Online Classes – I am now able to do online classes for those who might be slightly further away or are restricted when it comes to timings!
